2. Venue

Event center is located at the Young Tourist Resort Center “Sputnik- Berezovaya Roscha”, 20km from Ivanovo, 320 km from Moscow to the north. All the events will take place in Berezovaya Roscha Ski Centre.

5. Classes and participation restrictions

W 21, M 21 (WCup) : According IOF Rules. Each federation may enter a team of 14 competitors – up to 7 women and 7 men and unlimited number of team officials.
In each competition each federation may enter (WCup):
- individual events max. 6 men, 6 women / country
- relay event max. 2 male teams, 2 female teams
W 21, M 21 (EuOC): According EuOC Special Rules, in each competition each federation may enter:
- individual events max. 6 men, 6 women / country, + current Eropean Champions:
Long ; S.Grenholm (SWE) , B.Nordqvist (SWE)
Middle: T.Vlasova (RUS), T.Olsen (NOR),
Sprint: S.Grenholm (SWE) , E. Khrennikov (RUS)
- relay event max. 2 male teams, 2 female teams, only one best teams will count
W 20, M 20 (JWOC): According IOF Rules. Each federation may enter a team of 14 competitors – up to 7 women and 7 men and unlimited number of team officials.
In each competition each federation may enter (JWOC):
- individual events max. 6 men, 6 women / country
- relay event max. 2 male teams, 2 female teams
W 17, M 17 (EYOC): According EYOC Special Rules.In each competition each federation may enter:
- individual events max. 4 men, 4 women / country
- unofficial sprint and relay event (Special ROF Prize)

6. Terrain Type / Opportunities for training

Berezovaya Roscha Ski Center, has interesting and difficult Ski-Courses, winding 30m up and down the beautiful declines, with flat areas, covered with blended forest, and open fields; altitude 120 – 150 m a.s.l. Before the Events some Ski-O trainings can be organized in the Tula Region, Russian Junior Championships, February 8-12 and Training Camp in Moscow Region, February 13-20.

7. Visas

Countries who need visa for visiting Russia :
- send completed visa application forms ( attached) to the organizer by December 1, 2005.

8. Registration

Preliminary entry
Latest day for preliminary numbers of competitors and team officials is November 15, 2005 (Entry form A, downloadable from the web site).
Final entry

Latest day for final entry with names of the competitors and team officials is January 15, 2006 (Entry form B, downloadable from the web site).

12. Electronic punching system

SportIdent is used as electronic punching system. Competitors may use either their own badge or they can borrow one from the organizer (no additional costs). All competitors must inform the Organizer about it in the entry form. If a borrowed badge is lost, the competitor has to pay Euro 25-

13. Media services

Media center is located in the Event Center. Representatives of media are kindly asked to register by January 10, 2006 and also to inform the Organizers of their status (TV, radio, writing journalist, photo). Press center provides media representatives with internet, fax and copy services.

14. Training Camp

Training camp will be held on the terrain of WOC-2007 in Krasnogorsk and Khimky towns near Moscow (same ski-stadiums, ski-tracks). Saturday February 18 and Sunday February 19 Open Moscow O-Championships will be held on Krasnogorsk and Khimky ski-stadiums.
Training Camp will be open from February 13, 2006.
Training camp is situated 15 minutes by bus from Moscow - Sheremetyevo Airport
